We all know that excercise is very important and and helpful. doing regular exercise not only increases brain power but also helps in physical fitness. Physical fitness alone is not enough to Boost brain power. We have to do some exercise daily in the morning and evening. It can make us fit and healthy and help in increasing brain power.
1. Running and Walking :
we all see many people who walks daily . And those people are fit also . Because they run daily and prefer walking more . As it can makes you boost your brain power and gave you a good health.
2. Weight Lifting:
lifting weights is not only makes muscles but it also helps you to provide good brain power. It also increase growth. strength training hepls in improve cognitive function in older adults .
3. Yoga :
we heard many times that yoga makes a person better . It’s true yoga provides us many benifits like it makes us healthy we feels stress-free mind . In reasearch we find that yoga increase our mind Power . Or it includes : physical posture, memory and learning ,brain function, or more effective in areas of attention.
4. Dance :
the most enjoyable activity. Is it not included in fun but it makes a person better . And help in increasing in booster brain power . Dancing can be more effective than medicine . So we have to enjoy dance and know it’s importance.
5. Tai chi :
Tai Chi is an excercise . It is gentle. It is also an amazing activity for boost up brain power. It develops self defence .
Excercise is very important for our health and for brain power as it can sends oxygen nutrients to your tissue . It contains many benefits like provide you a stress-free life, makes you fit, increase your growth, boost up your brain power etc.
